1. How can I financially support you?
Your support is very important for protecting our planet, as a large portion of our revenue comes from individual donations. You can choose between a recurring or one-time donation, using your credit card or your bank account. You can find all the necessary information at https://donate.wwf.gr/en/.
2. What is the difference between recurring and one-off donation?
A recurring donation is a monthly contribution that continues until you request its cancellation. A one-off donation is made only once. Monthly donations are especially important, as they help us better plan our income and, consequently, organize and sustain our activities.
3. The donation amounts your representative mentioned differ from those on your website.
Donation amounts may vary depending on the program. In many cases, the required amount differs based on the needs of each campaign or reforestation project.
4. Can my recurring donation be charged on a specific date each month?
Donations are processed during the first business days of each month.
5. How long does my subscription last?
If you have selected a one-off donation, it is valid for one year. If you choose to support us with a monthly donation, it will continue until you decide to cancel it.
6. How can I cancel my donation?
Although your support is very important to us, you may cancel your donation at any time by calling +30 210-3314893 or by emailing supporters@wwf.gr. For practical reasons, it is preferable to notify us within the month in which your final donation will be processed.
7. Can I request a refund?
Refund requests are rare. However, we understand that circumstances may change or errors may occur. In such cases, you may send an email to supporters@wwf.gr to request a refund. Our team will be happy to assist you, resolve any issues, and answer any questions you may have.
8. Can I cancel the recurring payment directly through my bank?
No. Since the recurring payment is initiated by us, you need to contact us to cancel it, and we will take care of it promptly.
9. How can I reactivate a cancelled donation?
It’s very easy!. Simply call +30 210-3314893 or email supporters@wwf.gr with your details, and we will reactivate it immediately.
10. Can I update my donation or personal details?
Currently, our system does not allow supporters to make changes to their personal or donation details. For any updates, please contact us.
11. Can I predetermine the donation period (e.g. support for 1 year)?
Once your final intended donation has been processed, you can contact us to cancel the donation. At the moment, we are unable to set an automatic end date.

If you have made a donation for an adoption program, please complete the payment through the platform. Certificates are issued and sent automatically only when the donation is completed through the platform, not via bank transfer.
13. How do you manage my donation?
WWF is a global organization operating both in Greece and worldwide. Your donation supports our conservation work. We ensure that at least 75% of our income is directed towards our programs, while keeping administrative, communication, and fundraising costs as low as possible. 14. Can I donate only as an individual, or also as a group/organization?
Many associations, groups, and schools support our work. Simply enter the name of your organization, group, or school as the donor name, and you’re all set!
